Stallholder Fees

 
 

It is free to register to become a stallholder at the CMRI Christmas Fair. Once your application has been approved the following fees will apply depending on the size and nature of your site.

Each site includes one trestle table. Outdoor sites do not include marquee hire, however you can choose to bring your own marquee or hire one as per below.

  • Undercover site 3m long - $190

  • Undercover site 6m long - $240

  • Indoor Site 3m long - $210

  • Indoor Site 6m - $260

  • Outdoor site 3m x 3m - $230

  • Outdoor site 4m x 4m - $280

  • Outdoor site 3m x 6m - $300

Marquee hire:

  • Marquee hire 3m x 3m - $325

  • Marquee hire 4m x 4m - $390

  • Marquee hire 3m x 6m - $485

Trestle and chair hire (each site includes one trestle table):

  • Additional trestle tables - $25 per trestle

  • Chairs - $5 per chair
